Damson Plum Preserves

Damsons are a tart plum. They are blue, smaller than golf balls. The preserves are hand-made in small batches, with the finest fruits and ingredients to ensure superior quality and excellent taste. Made from large or whole pieces of fruit, the texture of the preserves are not as smooth as jelly or jam.
